Please join CFSY for a restorative equine-assisted experience at Fox Chase Farm in collaboration with Gateway HorseWorks. We will be hosting a select group of community members for this experience prior to the official start of our Freedom Celebration experience on Wednesday evening.

Gateway HorseWorks is a Philly-Area nonprofit that incorporates horses for mental health treatment, growth, and learning. Fox Chase Farm is a part of the School District of Philadelphia and hosts Gateway HorseWorks' Leading the Way program. This program offers equine-assisted leadership development and social-emotional learning to middle schoolers throughout the city with the help of two mini-donkeys: Ellen and Naomi.

Join us at the farm for this grounding community experience! There is no riding involved, and no previous farm or donkey experience is necessary. We encourage you to wear closed-toe shoes and dress warmly. We will have warm drinks, refreshments, and hand and toe warmers on-site. Please plan to meet in the hotel lobby at 12:30pm to depart from hotel at 12:45pm. Transportation will be provided to and from Philadelphia Marriott Downtown.
